From engine bay to motor winding — how our materials solve real insulation problems. Every photo on this page is from a working line, not a stock library.
High-temperature, fluid-exposed, vibration-loaded. The most demanding harness environment in any vehicle — and the one our braided sleeving was built for.
Fuel lines, coolant lines, charge-air tubes and wiring harnesses routed through a high-temperature, fluid-exposed engine bay. Vibration, abrasion from adjacent components, oil splash and continuous thermal cycling are the failure modes.
Hydraulic and pneumatic lines wrapped in our expandable PET braid — used on performance vehicles, off-highway equipment and industrial machinery where abrasion and heat are constant.
High-pressure lines fitted with red/blue anodized fittings, wrapped in tight-weave black PET braid to protect against chafing, heat from the engine bay, and accidental contact with moving components. The braid expands to slip on, then contracts to grip.
Available in black, red, blue, orange, yellow and many other colors for harness identification.
The classic use case for silicone fiberglass sleeving — motor lead wires passing out of the stator winding. Heat, dielectric stress, oil splash, vibration, all in one spot.
The lead exit zone is where most motor winding failures begin. The copper magnet wire is enamel-coated; the lead wire is insulated and protected. The junction — where the magnet wire transitions to the lead — sees mechanical stress, vibration, oil and heat. A single dielectric breakdown here kills the motor.
For automotive harness, EV high-voltage harness, industrial control cabinets, medical instruments, rail transit and aerospace wiring — solving abrasion, high temperature, water sealing, bundling and long-term reliability.

| Chassis & sensor harness | Mechanical wear, flexing | PET braided sleeving, corrugated tube |
| Connector terminations | Sealing, strain relief | Dual-wall adhesive-lined heat shrink |
| Equipment internal wiring | Space saving, weight | PET braided sleeving, expandable sleeving |
Beyond engine bay and motor winding — additional installation references across three demanding application areas. Each photo is a representative build, not a stock library image.
