Each model is selected from four parameters, encoded in the ordering code:
| Parameter | Meaning |
|---|---|
| A | Number of filaments per braiding segment |
| B | Single-filament (monofilament) diameter |
| C | Number of braided strands |
| D | Flattened width of the sleeve |
In the ordering code the leading digits encode the construction parameters A, B and C — four standard constructions per size (120 / 125 / 320 / 325 series) — and the trailing three digits give the size class D. Example: 125024 = 125-series construction, size class 24# (nominal diameter 3–6 mm).

Diameter ranges are nominal (minimum–maximum accommodated bundle diameter). Because the braid is expandable, one size covers a range of bundle diameters and stretches over in-line connectors during assembly.
| Material | High-strength eco-friendly PET monofilament braid |
| Operating temperature | −60 °C to +155 °C (all sizes) |
| Flammability | Flame retardant, self-extinguishing |
| Durability | Aging resistant, UV resistant, abrasion resistant, acid / alkali / salt resistant |
| Function | Mechanical protection and bundling — not an electrical insulator; use over pre-insulated wires and cables |
| Colors | Standard black; other colors on request |
Wire and cable bundling inside electronic and electrical equipment: automotive harnesses, PC cases, speakers, headlamps, home appliances and control cabinets. The expandable braid installs quickly over assembled harnesses — no need to thread wires through one by one — and keeps bundles tidy while letting heat escape and simplifying later rework. Also used as a covering layer combined with WCW fiberglass and silicone sleeving where a harness passes through hot or abrasive zones.
| UL recognition | Not UL-filed — the PET series is specified for mechanical bundling and protection duty; ask us for third-party test reports where required |
| Quality system | ISO 9001:2015 · IATF 16949:2016 · ISO 14001:2015 · ISO 45001:2018 |
| On request | RoHS, REACH SVHC, halogen-free statements; certificate copies for supplier qualification and PPAP |
