Construction (inside fiber / outside rubber): braided from alkali-free (E) fiberglass yarn, then coated with silicone rubber on the outer surface. Compared with resin-coated constructions, the rubber coating gives superior tear strength and flexibility. Available in all standard sizes, colors and voltage classes; custom constructions such as an added outer PET or fiberglass braid on request.

4 · Typical Applications
EV drive motors and generators, marine motors, automotive sensors, transformer and coil lead insulation, home appliances, specialty lighting — wherever a flexible, tear-resistant, flame-rated Class-200 sleeve is required. The rubber-coated surface tolerates repeated flexing and abrasion better than resin-coated grades.
